Calixto Q Bellevue , WA September 28, 2019 Appliance: Samsung Electric Range NE58H9970WS/AA-00 The right two burners of my Samsung convection stove were intermittently working until the day they just didn’t work anymore I called Appliance Parts Pro and talked to Samantha. After a short conversation, she asked me if I had checked for loose or broken wires. The answer was no. I explained to her I had never worked on a convection stove before I wanted to know if they had the electrical diagram for sale. She asked me for my email and told me she was going to email it to me and it was part of their service, no charge. About half an hour later, the electrical diagram was in my inbox. I read the diagram and determined that it was the right side inverter what had failed. I called back and ordered it. Paid for 2-day delivery and came even sooner than expected. I replaced the part, put the stove together and now we have a working stove. $219.00 including taxes and shipping.
