Kevin M Warren , OH March 10, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Washer WA5471ABW/XAA Te1 error code After replacing thermosistor, main pcb board and sub pcb, washer still would show code. Started checking reading with multimeter and found a break in one of the wires to thermosistor. Spliced in a new wire and problem was resolved. Wiring seems to be a common problem in Samsung washers. Before spending a lot of money on parts, check resistance in thermosistor, check and make sure you have close to same resistance in wiring going to pcb ( mine 7&8 pin) if not probably in wiring.
