Jason L Alpharetta , GA January 30, 2018 Laundry drier would not heat Got on your website and noticed a very informative video on heating elements and generally how often they need to be replaced and the probably causes of why my dryer would not heat up and dry the clothes. Very informative and an easy fix. Just needed a screwdriver with some general sense of how things are put together. Would've preferred faster shipping service of the new heating element that I bought from your company, but all in all, it was a great experience.
