Ellen A Taylor Mill , KY April 13, 2015 Nd error code drain pump assembly unit cracked Removed back panel. Drain pump at bottom right. For easier access/pump removal, used milk crate padded with towels and gently propped washer forward at an angle until stable. Unclamped/removed two hoses from pump ports. Unplugged green component cable from pump. Used screwdriver to loosen two larger screws holding assembly to washer base. Removed old and replaced with new.
