The parts arrived wrapped very safely and slide into their proper spots in the refrigerator with ease. When the box arrived, it only had 2 of the 3 items I had ordered, and so I got on the phone with customer service. They checked into it for me, letting me know the glass item was sent separately and would be arriving the following day.
