Kevin H Darlington , WI January 28, 2015 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG DMT800RHW/XAA My samsung dtn 800 rhw dishwasher was flashing a code that was not in the owners manual the code left collum abackward c right collum 3 horizontel lines I called samsung they said it was the control panel. I asked them for someone to service it and they give Me a company to call and they would not cme to do the service it was to far to go to do it. I called 3 more times and still got no help from samsung. I then called parts pros looked up the part and order it and it came in two days. To put the part in the dishwaser I removed 12 torx scews from the insde of the door, unpluged the control panel, removed the door skin, took two philips screws out to remove the control panel and reasembled in reverse it took half an hour. The part was under waranty for 5 years bay Samsung but they havent coverd it but the part shipped was 109 dollars a fair price and probably less than a service call that Samsung would not cover and could not get from samsung.
