Description

This DC VSS power board supplies and regulates power to the TV's main and display circuits so the set can start, show a picture, and run normally. Replaces a faulty power distribution module. What it does:
  • Provides required DC voltages to the main board and display/backlight circuits
  • Restores power when symptoms are caused by a failed supply board
  • Commonly linked to no-power, no-picture, or flashing/irregular LED behavior
  • Stops intermittent shutdowns or failure to boot when the supply is at fault

  • Disconnect power and allow caps to discharge before starting work
