Samsung DA67-01650A Refrigerator French Door Cap OEM Part

In order it SHOULD be done: Pried off two white caps covering the screws that attach the flap to the left door, then removed screws. Lifted flap up to remove from door and disconnected cable. Used a thin blade to pry out the inner cover of the flap, then carefully pried out the insulation piece inside. Loosened the screw holding the center cap from the inside and removed cap. Worked the cable out of the hinge piece so it could be removed and cable pulled through case. Pried upper and lower caps off to remove hinge pieces. Swapped everything over to the new flap case in reverse order, re-installed flap on door, and installed spring with its pin sheath. Done!

Using a butter knife I pried the back side of Cap-C from the front of the refrig with door open to the inside of the hinge. This popped the cap loose. (This was the hardest part) I bought both parts just in case is brook. Once the cap is removed the hinge is rotated to slot and will fall out. I installed the new hinge and C-cap. Unscrew middle hinge and the door will allow you to raise up hinges enough to slide back down on tabs. Align all tabs and middle hinge and screw it back down. I was surprise how easy it was after I figured out how to get the C-cap off.

Replaced it with a new one.

Ordered replacement, watched video, replaced hinge.

Purshased parts from you, watched You Tube video and 5 minutes later was done. Easy job once I was shown which way the spring went in.
