Adam B East Falmouth , MA May 01, 2020 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF268ACRS/XAA-00 Broken left french door assembly on Samsung refrigerator Used online chat at AppliancePartsPros to confirm correct parts, ordered new door assembly (it was $20 cheaper on AppliancePartsPros vs Amazon and other appliance parts online stores), and it arrived in about 1.5 days (ordered on a Sunday, had the parts by Tuesday afternoon). I watched an available AppliancePartsPros extremely helpful video on YouTube, and replaced the entire door assembly in about 15 minutes. The replacement was very quick and easy, especially after watching the "how-to" video --> remove the old door assembly, disconnect the heating wire, connect wire to new assembly, and screw new assembly into place.
