The Samsung french door freezer has a handle that has plastic pivot plates that help "push" the door open during its first inch or so of travel. One morning, the handle pulled off taking portions of both pivot plates with it! The parts from AppliancePros arrived very quickly, and the repair required re-positioning the mounting holes, even thought the replacement parts looked identical to what was left of the pivot plates. Okay, that‘s not AppliancePros fault in any way whatsoever; this happens often with replacement parts, particularly on a 9 year-old unit. Some patience, a drill, and dremel got the pivot plates in the proper location and all is well! What I like best about AppliancePros was the thorough images of each part they offer as well as very fast & reasonable shipping.
