Karen P Palm Coast , FL February 02, 2015 I needed a bypass plug for my samsung refrigerator since i had a water filter system installed I had a water filter system installed in my home and the technician who inspected it said that I should have a bypass plug for my refrigerator to keep everything running smoothly. I could not find one at Home Depot, Lowes, or the local hardware store. I checked out your website, but could not find what I was looking for. After calling the number, a technician was able to tell me what I needed. It came within a few days and all I had to do was plug it in, in place of the filter cartridge.
