Rick R Syracuse , UT August 27, 2014 Aluminum drip pan melted onto floor panel in oven An aluminum drip pan was placed into the bottom of the oven thinking that it would make for easier clean up......Don't Do It! It melted to the bottom floor of the oven and could not be removed. It was infused with the coating on the floor pan, thus making it permanently damaged. After a quick search of the internet, a replacement part was found at AppliancePartsPros.com They had the part I needed at a very good price. It only took me about 5 minutes to change out the old part with the new one and it fit and matched perfectly. Ruby R Lansing , MI May 12, 2019 Appliance: Model NX58H9950WS/AA (0000) Metal finish came off cavity floor plate in my Samsung oven I took the 2 screws out of the back of the damaged (user error) existing plate and removed it. I ordered the new one. It came in less time than expected. Replaced the plate, put the 2 screws back in and I was done! Easy job!
