Robert H Snohomish , WA December 28, 2017 Our ice maker quit working we had a hard time finding a repair person who would even come look at Samsung refrigerators looking at the ice maker i could see it was all frozen over Following advice on YouTube I removed the ice maker and found the ice tray had broke. The You Tube video said they got the parts from AppliaceParts Pros. The site was easy to use and quickly sent me the needed part - an ice tray for about $12. Much cheaper than a service call. I put in the part yesterday. It was easy - just need a screwdriver and flash light. My wife is so happy to have ice again.
