I applaud your customer service especially Cindy H.! The part arrived quickly and I had already read from previous people on your website who had fixed same part what their experience was and it helped when I had to install mine. One mentioned that it was flexible so I knew what I needed to do. Flexible is the KEY word on this particular part.
