Timothy K Strawberry Point , IA October 06, 2018 Door locking mechanism broke I used to repair appliances, so this was a simple fix. I replaced the door locking mechanism. No need to tear the washer completely apart, just take the retainer spring off of the gasket between the door and the tub and slip the gasket off the outer panel and you have full access to the locking mechanism.
