David C Conway , AR September 27, 2014 Drum lifter was broken off in the dryer I found the part on your site and ordered it. Your company was one of the only places that had it in stock. The repair took less that ten minutes. The top of our dryer pops loose without any tools. Then I just spun the drum around until the broken drum lift was at the top and unscrewed the screws. I put the new lifter in and installed the screws. Then I simply pushed the top down until the clips engaged. Works perfectly again, which is nice since the dryer is only a year old. My kid put some of their hard toys in it and that is what broke the dryer in the first place.
