What IS remarkable is that within 5 minutes on the phone, the service agent from APP had identified the part and found it in the catalog. By contrast, I spent probably 25 minutes on the phone with Samsung Canada, whose agent had no idea what I was trying to order. She wanted to sell me an entire door assembly by the end of our conversation. This is the value of a native English speaking sales agent. Nice work APP. No thanks to Samsung.
