Richard Z Ransomville , NY April 30, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR - RS261MDWP Needed hinges for a fridge my son had store in his garage for about a year Order and received hinges and the parts for the doors that were lost. After plugging it in the open door chimes started and would not stop. I call appliance Parts customer service and tech Dept. They were very patient and helpful with my ordering the parts I needed and tried to get the chimes to stop. The People I talked to were very helpful and patient in trying to fix this problem. Even though I'm have to have a service person come to look at it, I will use Appliance Parts again first should I have a problem. Parts arrived quickly and were the correct parts that I needed.
