P E C Severn , MD April 22, 2014 Broken oven rack hook Replaced the hook. Thankfully, Appliance Parts Pros had the spare part which is no longer produced by the manufacturer - grrrr. This was a life saver as, without the hook, the oven rack would tilt when items were placed on it - I kept waiting for an accident to happen where the food slipped out of the oven and someone got burned.
