Rick J Cooperstown , NY July 10, 2023 Spin uneven at any load distribution kept shutting down machine. Made sure it wasn't the bearing/splines on the drum (ie was the drum solid connection at the bottom?) then replaced the shocks. Works like a charm- as easy or even easier than video instructions!! I do wish AppliancePartsPros.com had the recommended lube for the shocks- only a little is needed and they just have some pricey stuff and more than a lifetime supply!
