Greg S Pearland , TX February 13, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Side By Side Refrigerator RS267LASH/XAA The ice dispenser paddle broke into two pieces on my samsung refrigerator Ordered a new part from Appliance Parts Pros. Looked online on how to replace it. Used a flat head screw driver to "pop" or pry off the faceplate mounted to the door. Once removed unscrewed two Phillips head screws to access the broken ice dispenser paddle. The old paddle popped off the hinge and the new one easily snapped into place. Then just reversed my steps putting everything back together. Total time was about 10 minutes to fix. Hardest part was locating the slots in the bottom of the faceplate to lift off the faceplate.
