Description

This BLDC fan motor powers the evaporator fan to circulate cold air throughout the refrigerator compartment, helping maintain even temperatures and efficient cooling. Designed to replace a failed or noisy evaporator fan motor. What it does:

• Spins the evaporator fan blade to move cold air across the evaporator coil and into the fresh-food/freezer compartments
• Restores normal airflow when the original fan is noisy, slow to spin, or not running
• Helps prevent uneven cooling and temperature fluctuations caused by a nonfunctioning fan
• Uses brushless (BLDC) technology for quieter operation and longer life compared with brushed motors

What's included:

• One BLDC evaporator fan motor

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair to avoid shock or injury
• Access usually requires removing interior panels or evaporator cover; handle evaporator fins and components with care
• Verify fan blade and connector seating; ensure wiring harness is connected securely and routed away from moving parts
