Yuriy B San Jose , CA May 24, 2021 The left rail was broken btw not the first time; previous time the right one was broken so I kind of knew what to do No problem to fix. I already did it before. I believe, Samsung poor design or poor quality of material for the rail, or both are the root cause of the problem and the need of periodical repairs of this part. Another unpleasant detail - the rail arrived without small wheel that is part of it. I had to extract this wheel from the broken rail and insert it into the new one. I found AppliancePartsPros.com on line when searching the Samsung part number, saw their outstanding reviews, ordered and waited a couple days for its arrival! Waa Laa!! the only issues I did have was the little wheel was NOT included on the new slide so it was a good thing we didn't dispose of the original slide bar. Read More...
