Ordered a rail slide from their website. Went through FAQs about the part. Watched several tutorials on how to remove different parts on may different models. Opened the drawer, studied the makeup of how best to remove everything. Removed drawer, slide rail, then realized didn't have all the hardware to reinstall. Couple trips to hardware store later, drawer was put back to together and working like new. All and all not a bad DIY project. Actual work time was maybe 2 hours.
