I removed door from dryer, seperated the inner from outer door shells by unscrewing the phillip head screws. Remove the old seal and replaced with new one. Screw everything back together, verify door closes and seals properly...job done! In the time it took her to unload and fold the clothes, I had ordered the part, paid for it and watched the how to video.
