Andrew B Rolling Prairie , IN January 08, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RB215LABP/XAA-0000 The refrigerator section was freezing food After reading stories on this website I decided the problem was probably the control board. I ordered the sensors also just in case. The display has been dim for awhile so I got that also. I replaced the board and the display in less than an hour. It is working perfectly now so I never installed the sensors. I believe the board was ruined by a recent power outage. The power flickered several times before it went out, I don't think the board could handle the fluctuations. This will be my go to place for parts from now on. Parts in stock and shipped fast. I first changed out the board and the sensors and it still failed to function. I then changed out the Thermal Fuses and the Start Relay along with the ice makers sensor. Basically a trial and error project, but finalizing that it was the Thermal Fuses actually fixing the problem. Daris C Bellport , NY September 10, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RB1944SL/XAA It was building up ice in the fridge which block the fan from moving cool air around the foods and drinks the fridge is only seven years old Because of the ice build up I concluded that the heater coil was not cycling on, therefore I started with the sensor that monitored the cooling coil. It has been two weeks the fridge is nice and cold without ice building up on the back wall. I believe starting the sensor after check the heater coil and fuse link was a good move. In the end $13.00 was not a lot to spend in repair the problem. I'm glad I was about to get this part from ApplianePartsPros.com in today with help save all that I had in my fridge. Thanks guys.
