Al B Camas , WA July 26, 2014 Appliance: Model DACOR 827411S Needed to change the top cap of a dacor raised exhaust vent from black to stainless steel to match new stainless cooktop I ordered a replacement from Appliance Parts Pro. Although it was back ordered, I still received the part in less than one week from ordering. After removing two screws holding the cap on, I merely slid out the touch pad controls from the old cap and slid the new cap over the controls. The two screws were replaced holding the new cap in place. Only took a few minutes and the vent looks brand new matching and sitting directly behind the new stainless cooktop. I add...that I ordered from Appliance Parts Pro, after waiting 2 months for another online site to continue saying the part was back ordered and having to wait 'on hold' for 15 minutes each time I called that company to check on the status of the order. With Appliance Parts Pro, I was receiving emails daily to keep me appraised of status on order. I know who I will be ordering from in the future. Appliance Parts Pro!!!!
