John A Elk Grove , CA December 12, 2015 Appliance: Model R-930AK SHARP Microwave turntable electric motor working intermittently Replace electric with factory part from appliancePartsPro.com.turned the unit bottom side up,, removed access door and replaced defective motor. Made sure motor worked with turntable installed, it did, so reinstalled microwave to it's self. I was done in 45 minutes which included cleaning exterior of microwave.
