Daniel G Three Rivers , CA May 09, 2014 Damaged thermal cuttoff sensor The manufacture did not crimp the connectors down all the way so that every time the capacitor discharged the connector would arc on the sensor. When I took the cover off and noticed the damage the plastic had already turned to ash. Replaced the cutoff sensor with the one advised to me by Appliance Parts Pros and everything works as it should. I also soldered the connection this time just to be sure.
