Description

This NT-101 thermostat monitors and regulates dryer temperature to help prevent overheating and maintain proper drying cycles. Replaces a failed or intermittent thermostat to restore normal heat control and safety. What it does:
  • Senses cabinet/air temperature and opens or closes to control the heating circuit
  • Stops power to the heating element if the temperature rises above the set point
  • Commonly replaces thermostats that cause no-heat, overheating, or cycles that run too long
  • Works as a temperature safety/limit device in electric dryers

  • One NT-101 thermostat (single unit)
Install notes:
  • Disconnect all power before servicing; this part services the high-voltage heating circuit
  • Note terminal locations and wiring before removal; reattach wires to the same terminals
  • Test for continuity with a multimeter to verify replacement part before final reassembly
