The new replacement parts were absolutely perfect! Plus, the new drawer had a molded-in reinforcement in the same spot the old drawer broke - design improvement that should keep the new drawer safe much longer.
Replacement was a snap - just slide out the old, slide in the new.
The real advantage was, while we were at it, we cleaned out all the old bottles, produce, leftovers, etc, so that the refrigerator is now as clean inside as the day we bought it.

This is the second time of needing repair. I remove the ice bucket, open the crusher, remove the 5 blades. Straighten the blades, reinstall. I then order new blades, The next time it happens I will install the new blades. The reason for the malfunction, (my guess), two ice cubes partially melted stick together and the size and angel the enter crusher cause the problem.
