Installed a new Gearbox as the teeth on the small gear used to turn the chain were stripped. Disassembling the Trash Compactor was fairly easy once I was able to get it removed from the built-in cabinetry. However, the hardwood floor installers have installed the wood such that there was no way to pull out the trash compactor without removing the side panelling of the cabinetry.
