Googled the problem. Found a discussion on the appliancepartspros.com forum pertaining to this issue. Went through a couple of the suggested diagnostic tests. The link to the technical manual was very helpful. Determined that the control board was likely the problem. Very easy to order and I knew that appliancepartspros.com had a return policy in case that didn't fix it. Got the part the day after I ordered it even just with ground shipping. Isolated door switch and tested switch through harness wires. Continuity found with both switch depressed and pressed on same wires. Ordered switch Wednesday night and it arrived the following Tuesday to east coast home. Read more
