This is a carburetor rebuilt kit made for use with gas powered chainsaws. It comes with many parts, including gaskets and diaphragms, that can get a chainsaw running properly again if there are issues with the carburetor. The carburetor is an important component of the chainsaw that ensures the right amount of gas and air reach the cylinder to ignite. The main symptom of carburetor issues is an engine that won't start even when the tank is full of fuel. There's a simple test to determine if the carburetor has an issue inside the chainsaw. The air filter will need to be removed from the equipment before a small amount of fuel is added directly to the carburetor. If the carburetor has problems, the engine will start for a short time before shutting off. Replacing or repairing the carburetor will be required. This carburetor rebuild kit is a genuine OEM replacement part that is directly sourced from the manufacturer. It is sold as an individual kit with several components. The kit is made for use with chainsaws manufactured by Zama and Stihl.

Flame protection shield for chainsaws. Mounts near the engine to protect surrounding components from heat. Replace if cracked, warped, or missing.
