This heating element provides controlled heat for smaller cookware and is located on the range cooktop surface. Replace when the element doesn't heat up, heats unevenly, or shows visible damage like cracks or burn spots.
Controls gas flow to range burners. Replace if regulator is worn, leaking, or damaged to restore proper gas delivery and maintain safe operation.
Researched online for a solution and found someone who described a similar problem. Their solution was to replace the gas pressure regulator. So I decided to order one and try it.
