This tubing is the OEM thermo/safet capillary line used with the temperature sensing/thermal safety assembly. It transfers temperature information to the control so the appliance can maintain proper temperature and protect components. What it does

• Carries temperature feedback from the sensing bulb to the thermostat/thermal safety device
• Allows the control to react to temperature changes and open/close circuits as designed
• A damaged or kinked tube can cause inaccurate temperature sensing or control faults
• Common symptom: temperature not regulated or unit cycling irregularly when sensing line is compromised

This is the gas pressure regulator that controls the flow and pressure of gas supplied to the burners and oven in a gas range. It ensures a consistent and safe gas pressure is delivered for proper ignition and flame performance. Replace this regulator if you notice uneven flames, difficulty igniting burners, yellow or weak flames, or if you smell gas when the burners are off.
