I used to have a ferret that liked to steal socks but I did not know she had been crawlinging into my stove to hide stuff. She had made a nest out of the insulation but did not hurt any wires. This main top glide supports the dryer drum and reduces friction for smooth rotation, helping prevent drum wear and noisy operation. It replaces a worn glide to restore proper drum tracking and quieter drying cycles. What it does:

Provides a low-friction bearing surface for the dryer drum to ride on
Helps maintain correct drum alignment and smooth rotation
Reduces squeaks, scraping noises, and uneven drum wear
Protects the drum and cabinet contact points from damage

Install notes:
