Very easy fix. I couldn't find the part number so actually ordered this part just by looking at the picture. Fortunately I guessed right and the part was exactly what I needed. I just had to slip the part over the part that holds the temperature control knob on my gas cook top. I received the part the next day after I ordered it! Very satisfied. Read more
Very easy fix. Lifted off the grill and burner. Unscrewed 2 screws. Pulled the burner pan up and off. Disconnected the wire to the igniter. Used needle nosed pliers to remove the clip holding the igniter in place. Removed the gasket from the old burner pan. Placed the new igniter in the hole of the new burner pan and slipped the old clip on the igniter to hold it in place. Then put the old gasket on the new burner pan. Got out my old manual, which provided me with the needed info. Called your customer service and with their GREAT help from them------- a new burner and burner caps were ordered. Arrived today and yours truly did the installing. And it works! Saved alot of money not having a service call! Oh, did I mention---I am a 87 yr old Grandma! Thanks for making this possible. Read more
