This high limit thermostat protects your microwave from overheating by shutting down operation if internal temperatures become excessive. It monitors the magnetron and other critical components to prevent damage from overheating conditions. Replace this thermostat if your microwave shuts off during cooking, won't heat food, or displays overheating error codes.
This grill mounts above the door and the control panel.
Let me first say that I did not intend to fix this microwave due to the age, however there are literally zero new microwaves that are small enough (height and depth) to fit.
