Be careful not to tighten or twist the small hex nut in the knob cylinder/housing with force. there is a very small plastic set tab that can be broken off easily. how do I know? The orientation of the switch "box" is horizontal instead of vertical. otherwise, this replacement part # works as expected. I couldn't get the switch to attach plate removed, and the switch removed, without removing the entire cooktop and removing the top glass burner cover. Not difficult, but time-consuming. Read more

I checked on line for possible issues and it came back to the PTC relay overload assembly. I ordered one and verified with the technician if the instructions for wiring it up to an older model is addressed. He sent me a copy of the instructions and it covered everything. The part came in a about three days and I had it wired up in about 30 minutes with no issues. It's been running like a champ. Read more

I am still waiting on the main baffle parts and power assist parts. They ship all at once. It has been about three weeks. I have had to hire a person to do the places where my riding mower (hillsides) can not go. I just got it back from repairs too. Weather has been pretty wet, so that put a damper on all of it. My project is not finished. I did patch, paint, undercoat, and paint it red underneath and outside. Read more
