This door latch secures your dishwasher door in the closed position during operation. It engages with the strike plate to create a watertight seal and allows the dishwasher to start. Replace this latch if your dishwasher door won't stay closed or the unit won't start even when the door appears shut.

This dishwasher side rail guides the dish rack smoothly in and out of the dishwasher tub during loading and unloading. It mounts to the side of the dishwasher interior and provides the track system for rack movement. If your dish rack is difficult to pull out, gets stuck, or doesn't slide smoothly, worn or damaged side rails are typically the cause.
