I called APP for advice, and the initial suggestion was to replace the control board. I placed the order just before the 4 PM cutoff, but it arrived around noon the next day! Well, the new board made no difference, so the company agreed to take it back on and RMA for full refund. The next idea was to replace the switch/light panel.
