We ordered what appeared to be the correct part from Appliance Parts Pros.com and thought that might solve the problem. The part that came was crimped in two places and did not fit the stove. We called a company representative on Saturday. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She directed us on looking up the model number and other needed information.
