This lamp reflector mounts behind the refrigerator light to direct and spread illumination throughout the compartment. Replacing a cracked, melted, or missing reflector helps restore bright, even lighting so you can clearly see food and shelves. What it does
- Sits behind the interior lamp to reflect light forward into the compartment
- Helps maintain even, consistent illumination and reduces shadows
- Typical symptoms: dim or uneven lighting with a good bulb, yellowed/melted reflector, cracked or missing reflector
- Supports proper visibility around shelves and bins
What's included
Install notes
- Disconnect power before servicing to avoid electric shock
- Remove the light lens/cover and bulb to access the reflector
- Reuse existing screws or clips as applicable
- Do not overtighten fasteners; reinstall bulb and lens, restore power, and test
