This clip is a small plastic retainer designed to secure trim and lightweight panels so they stay in place and reduce rattling or gaps. It restores proper fit and helps keep parts aligned for a finished look. What it does:
Replacement screw that secures panels and components in dryers, washers, and ranges. Needed when original fasteners are missing, stripped, or worn.
Replacement glass cooking surface for electric cooktops. Installs on top of the unit. Order when your glass is cracked, chipped, or broken.
It was easy to remove the old top and replace it with the new. the only thing we couldn't find the heat resistant silicone strip that goes between the counter top and the glass cook top. we ended up reusing the old one. maybe it should come with the replacement top? Read more

Within 6 months of use of the switch on the large dual element of the left front unit, the switch came loose from the mounting plate and would not allow the switch operation.
