Pretty straightforward fix. Using a dinner knife, I pried open the plastic liner to expose the screws (as shown in the video on the Appliance Repair Forum). Followed the instructions on your "fix it" video on how to test for a bad micro-sensor. Wola! found one of the three micro-sensors was faulty.
