Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the appliance before servicing
Remove mounting screws; gently pull the element forward to access and disconnect the two spade terminals
Transfer wires to the new element, secure with existing hardware, and ensure wiring/insulation isn't pinched
Restore power and test a Bake cycle
