I checked the internet. At first all the sites that I checked did not have the part or it would take a while to get the handle. Then I saw AppliancePartsPros.com and checked it. They had the part so I entered all the data that I could. They also had a lower price. The part arrived the next day and I opened the box right away and was delighted. I knew the problem was with the gears and / or the rails they ride on. You can't really tell until you take it apart. Turns out my right side track had a few damaged teeth towards the front. The door has to come off, it lifts right out from the metal slide, no tools needed for this part of the repair. Both baskets have to be lifted out. The plastic gards that go over the tops have retaining clips. Pry the old gears off off the metal slides with a sturdy flat screwdriver.The replacement gears... Read more
