My ice make would not circulate water from the reservoir to the evaporator plate. The pump tested fine. Upon closer inspection a wire connector was found to be bad. It was not a replaceable connector so I had to buy the whole wiring harness. There must have been a condensation drip that landed on the connector and corroded the wires at the connector. Check all your plastic connectors for corrosion. I replaced same with dialectic grease added and now it works fine again! Read more
