After verifying the no heat problem myself, I just googled "LG3412W no heat" with my smartphone and thumb. Finding the part was tricky and required a call. However, once on call, got the correct KIT, not just the oriface. Got the part on time and came with complete instruction. Took me 15 minutes to do the conversion. Nice and simple. Read more
